🆕 New

  • Homebuyers can now go back and change answers they gave earlier in onboarding, without having to ask the assistant. Tapping a section tab, an answer bubble or "Edit" in the "⋯" menu opens a summary where any answer can be changed. It appears as a window on desktop and a bottom drawer on mobile.

✨ Improved

  • More of the embedded experience now follows a partner's theme. This includes timeline cards, the chat input, related-topic chips, the chat status icon and the product cards that appear in chat answers.
  • Partners can now set one corner radius across the whole experience, including pill-shaped chips and buttons. They can also set their own colors for selected options.
  • The two chat inputs, the thread composer and the empty-state input, now share one border, focus ring and compact filled send button. The onboarding chat input follows the same design.
  • The Homebuyer AI empty state matches the new design. The heading sits on one line beside the icon, the layout is left-aligned and the input is full width. There is also a "Chat history" button, and the placeholder reads "Chat with Homebuyer AI" at every size.
  • On the Get Started screen in the embedded widget, Skip is now a small link in the top-right corner that stays visible on small screens. It no longer appears on the page in the web app, where "Skip for now" remains in the header menu.
  • The "Generating Insights" loading card in the embedded widget shows the partner's logo, and never Further's.
  • The app shows a neutral loading spinner while it signs in and loads configuration, instead of a blank screen.
  • Neighborhood suggestions now cover every area a buyer names. Asking about places in two boroughs returns neighborhoods from both.
  • Plan changes made in chat are more reliable. A co-buyer's stated income and a stated maximum budget are kept. Adding neighborhoods adds to the existing list instead of replacing it. Plan proposal cards can now be confirmed directly in the chat widget, and a failed confirmation shows an error instead of failing silently.
  • A partner's self-hosted brand fonts now appear in the embedded widget as they do in the app.
  • The main app address now opens the sign-in page. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy links go to the current versions on withfurther.com, and US visitors see "Do Not Sell My Info" next to the Privacy Policy on sign-up.

🐛 Fixed

  • The interest rate used behind the scenes for estimates is no longer shown in the onboarding chat, so it can't be mistaken for a quoted rate. Estimates work as before. The credit-score insight card, which was built around quoting rates, is no longer generated.
  • Calculator cards no longer appear in chat when a partner has turned calculators off for that widget.
  • Chat no longer shows property listings in widgets where a partner has turned listings off.
  • Submitting a widget answer or sending a message in the onboarding chat no longer jumps back to the top and scrolls through the whole conversation.
  • The chat input placeholder is no longer clipped, and long content can be scrolled, in modal and overlay presentations.
  • Page content is no longer hidden behind the navigation rail on tablet-width screens in the embedded widget.
  • The deselect icon on selected option pills now matches the selected color.
  • The partner integration guide again lists the image source needed for inline images, so embedded images are no longer blocked when partners copy its recommended security policy.
