🆕 New

  • Loan Officer Dashboard. A new home base for loan officers that brings your pipeline, opportunities, and clients-needing-attention into one view, with stat cards that deep-link straight into a filtered client list.
  • AI assistant in the dashboard. Ask questions about your pipeline and clients in a built-in chat — search clients, get a quick pipeline summary, or draft a check-in — with a fast ⌘K command palette for finding clients. The assistant only ever surfaces your own assigned clients.
  • Smarter client filtering. New lead-score and "date added" filters power one-click views like "hot leads" and "new this week."
  • Download your data and delete your account. Homebuyers can now export their data as a file and permanently delete their account and all associated information from account settings.
  • Refreshed onboarding chat. The homebuying onboarding experience is now powered by a new engine that shows guidance and insights as clean, ordered cards alongside the conversation.

✨ Improved

  • Plan insights load about three times faster. Generating your plan insights now takes roughly 5 seconds instead of ~16, so you see guidance sooner after adjusting your plan.
  • Sharper lead scoring. Lead scores now better reflect a buyer's real financial fit and current engagement, and profiles with too little information are clearly marked as "insufficient data" instead of showing a misleading score.
  • Neighborhood picking across metro areas. You can now choose neighborhoods that belong to the same metro region (for example, across the greater Washington, DC area), and typed locations are validated so mismatched places are caught early.
  • Cleaner agent dashboard. Client list rows now stay a consistent height, and the neighborhoods column fits neatly on one line.

🐛 Fixed

  • Timeline insights update on the spot. After you complete or undo a timeline step, the "Good to know" insight now refreshes on its own instead of requiring a page reload.
  • No more garbled chat replies. Fixed an issue where background insight generation could bleed fragments into your Homebuyer AI chat responses.
  • Dashboard navigation works on the first click. Fixed a bug where moving between dashboard pages could bounce you back, and new chat conversations now appear in your history immediately.

🆕 New

  • Introducing the Affordability Calculator — an interactive tool that shows homebuyers what they can comfortably afford based on their income, down payment, credit, and location, updating in real time as they adjust inputs. Save up to five scenarios and compare them against your plan.
  • Introducing the Mortgage Calculator — see your monthly payment breakdown, total cost, a 30-year vs. 15-year comparison, and a year-by-year amortization schedule. Smart home-price suggestions surface options like "No PMI," "Best Rates," and "FHA Eligible" based on your situation.
  • Both calculators include AI-powered "Good to Know" insights grounded in real market data, with an "Expand on this" option that carries the question straight into chat.
  • The AI assistant can now generate visual charts (line and bar) right inside the conversation, making market trends and comparisons easier to understand at a glance.
  • New market reports in chat let you compare home values and rents across multiple locations in a single question.
  • More accurate cost estimates: property tax and homeowner insurance figures are now available at the ZIP-code level, and loan details reflect conforming, FHA, and VA eligibility with location-specific rates and limits.

✨ Improved

  • The homebuying chat now streams responses more smoothly, keeps your place as older messages load, and adds a Stop button so you can end a response whenever you like.
  • On mobile, the keyboard no longer stays open after sending a message, so you can see the full response.
  • Neighborhood insights can now factor in bedroom count for more accurate home-value comparisons and trends.
  • Onboarding is more flexible and polished: add your own custom options and neighborhoods, auto-focus on inputs, clearer navigation, refreshed intro cards, and smoother scrolling.
  • Budget guidance is now rate-aware, giving more realistic affordability ranges by accounting for taxes, insurance, and current mortgage rates.
  • The AI assistant now renders mathematical and financial figures more cleanly in its answers.
  • Clearer, friendlier wording across onboarding widgets and options.

🐛 Fixed

  • Fixed listing details being cut off at the bottom when opened inside the chat drawer.
  • Plan changes are now validated more carefully — for example, your maximum budget can no longer be set below a home's value, and co-buyer details are handled correctly when switching between solo and joint buying.
  • Interest rates now display and save correctly across the calculators, including plans where the rate was previously stored in the wrong format.
  • Co-buyer debt information now saves properly when editing your plan through chat.
  • Location and neighborhood search is more reliable, loading only after the map is ready.
  • Chat history no longer gets corrupted when a response is stopped midway.
  • Duplicate content in saved conversations has been cleaned up.
