🆕 New
- Agents can now see a Lead Score for every client. The Clients list shows a sortable 0–100 score and a color-coded breakdown bar, and each client's detail page explains the score with per-factor insights (Feasibility, Urgency, Preparedness, and Engagement) so you can prioritize who to focus on next.
- Brokerage-wide guidance is now supported: organization owners can create timeline actions that reach all of their buyers, not just those tied to a single agent.
✨ Improved
- Lead scores now update reliably in the background as buyers make changes or get assigned to an agent, so the scores you see stay current.
- The buyer timeline now orders each milestone's steps by their actual due date, so what buyers see always matches the real sequence of what's coming up.
- Market data behind Plan Feasibility is more accurate: home-value lookups now recognize location aliases like "NYC" and broaden the search when a narrow query comes up empty, reducing missing or skewed results.
- The admin action form is clearer and safer to use, with a refreshed milestone editor, simpler before/after move-date scheduling, and guardrails that prevent creating actions that would never reach buyers.
- The first-visit timeline experience is smoother, opening as a clean inline page for setting a move date, with polished visuals and more responsive milestone navigation.
🐛 Fixed
- Timeline insight cards no longer get cut off mid-word, so buyers always see a complete, readable message.
- Affordability and mortgage calculator insights no longer occasionally show raw, unformatted text or drop useful details.
- Editing an existing action no longer fails with an error, and the Save button now stays disabled until you actually make a change.
