Timelines, Next Steps, and a Faster, Sturdier Assistant #

A big release: a new homebuying Timeline, redesigned Next Steps for agents and buyers, smarter guidance, and reliability improvements across the board.

🆕 New

• Buyers now have a Homebuying Timeline: a milestone-by-milestone view of the journey with a personalized move-date, checkable action steps, and progress at a glance. You can mark steps done, undo, and watch your plan update instantly. (Rolling out gradually.)
• Each Timeline milestone can include a short, personalized coaching insight — a one- or two-sentence tip based on your plan and where you are in the process.
• Next Steps on the buyer plan page now show clear, personalized cards — including steps assigned directly by your agent — with a simple mark-as-done experience.
• Agents get a redesigned Next Steps panel in the client view: create, edit, reorder (drag-and-drop), and remove custom next-step cards for each client, and see which steps a client has completed or dismissed.
• Agents can now preview their profile while editing it, and several profile fields are now optional to make setup faster.
• New admin authoring tools let the team create and manage guidance actions and timeline milestones — including editable insight copy — without an engineering release.
• Buyers who signed in with Google can now delete their account using a quick reauthentication step instead of a password.
• Introduced a behind-the-scenes partner integration bridge that keeps connected agent CRMs (starting with Lofty) up to date with a buyer's plan summary and finances.

• The AI assistant is now more resilient: if the primary model is unavailable, it automatically falls back to a secondary model, with sensible timeouts so requests don't hang.
• Property and location search reliability improved, with cleaner handling of edge cases so more searches return results.
• Location and address autocomplete is faster and works even without cookie consent, and no longer breaks in Safari.
• Google Maps on listing detail pages now loads more reliably.
• The chat input is now consistent across the app, with a smoother animated send/stop button and a clearer "thinking" indicator.
• The homepage spaces carousel, plan page typography, spacing, and card photos received design polish for a cleaner, more consistent look.
• The assistant now remembers soft preferences and follow-ups across conversations for more personalized guidance.
• Onboarding now reliably generates your Next Steps once your plan is ready, and shows a clear "Refresh suggestions" option when you've dismissed everything.
• Editable fields on the plan page now show a pointer cursor so it's obvious they can be tapped to edit.

🐛 Fixed

• Long, unbroken text in chat now wraps correctly instead of stretching the chat bubble.
• Fixed a budget widget calculation that could show a $0 budget for higher-debt scenarios; it now falls back to a sensible income-based estimate.
• The Timeline page no longer errors for buyers without a set move date — it opens with a suggested date you can confirm.
• Corrected stretched profile avatars so photos display properly.
• Fixed an issue where agents could see next-step cards from other agents that they couldn't edit.
• Resolved the agent dashboard's Next Steps failing to load or save after a backend update.
