This release brings redesigned affordability and mortgage calculators, a new Next Steps experience on your plan, and a sharper, more reliable AI assistant.

• Meet your redesigned affordability and mortgage calculators. A cleaner target-vs-max budget view, quick down-payment buttons, and lender-style debt-to-income math give you a more accurate picture of what you can afford.
• Calculators now factor in local property tax and insurance rates based on your ZIP code, and combine household income and debt when a co-buyer is on your plan — so estimates better reflect your real situation.
• Introducing Next Steps cards on Your Plan. Agents can assign personalized, actionable next steps, with buttons to jump into chat or open a partner link, helping buyers keep moving forward.
• Your Plan summary is now organized into four clear categories — Basics, Home, Neighborhood, and Affordability — with progress indicators that make it easy to see what's complete.
• Can't find your city in the address search? You can now enter a US city and state manually so nothing blocks you from continuing.

• The AI assistant now always uses your latest plan details. When you update your budget, down payment, or preferences, chat reflects the new values right away instead of referencing outdated numbers.
• Market report charts are more dependable, including a new mapping so New York borough questions return city-level data, and charts still render when some locations in a request are unavailable.
• The assistant gives clearer, more honest answers on mortgage rates — explaining that rates are national averages with limited history and pointing you to trusted sources rather than substituting unrelated data.
• Follow-up suggestions, responses, and on-screen math are more consistent and mobile-friendly, with tidier formatting throughout chat.
• The homepage and plan pages received a visual refresh, including redesigned cards, a reworked carousel, and more consistent headers across the app.
• Home search now handles square footage, lot size, and year-built filters more accurately, returning better-matched listings.
• The assistant follows Fair Housing guidelines, keeping neighborhood guidance focused on objective criteria like budget, commute, schools, and amenities.

🐛 Fixed

• Your first and last name now appear correctly right after you sign up.
• Chat scrolling is smoother during streaming, with fewer unexpected jumps — especially in Safari.
• The onboarding budget widget now starts from sensible default budgets and updates mortgage rates as you change your target, keeping figures aligned with the affordability calculator.
• Corrected an issue where invalid entries — like a down payment above the home price — now show clear inline errors instead of causing problems behind the scenes.
