🆕 New
- Update your homebuying plan right from the chat. Just tell the assistant something like "change my budget to $900k," and it proposes the change in a confirmation card you can accept or decline — your plan updates automatically once you confirm.
- Explore all-cash scenarios in the Home Equity Explorer. Choose "All Cash" as your payment method to instantly see equity outcomes without a mortgage, and save it back to your plan.
- Get a clear "Next Steps" nudge in chat, pointing you toward the right action — like getting pre-approved — when you're ready to move forward.
- Agents can now complete a guided onboarding flow and edit their profile, including a longer bio, so their information shows up complete and polished for the buyers they serve.
- Agents receive an email notification the moment a new buyer is assigned to them, with a direct link back to the dashboard.
- Cookie consent now adapts to a visitor's location, showing the right privacy options for each region.
✨ Improved
- The Home Equity Explorer has a refreshed look with clearer copy, cleaner action buttons on desktop, and better-labeled inputs like "Annual Appreciation Rate."
- Equity and plan views now stay in sync automatically after you make changes, so you always see up-to-date numbers and insights.
- The agent dashboard is easier to read, with a friendlier clients list, clearer empty states, avatar fallbacks, and accurate browser tab titles.
- When mortgage details aren't available, the assistant now estimates a reasonable interest rate and clearly notes the assumption, instead of showing 0%.
🐛 Fixed
- Onboarding navigation no longer gets stuck, and the account menu now reliably appears for admins.
- Buyer names now populate correctly when accounts are created, avoiding blank names.
- Interest and appreciation rates of exactly 1% now display correctly instead of appearing as 100%.
- On mobile, the calculator input no longer leaves an awkward gap above the keyboard when you tap into a field.
