Ask the Homebuyer AI a question like "how does my equity build if I put 20% down?" and get an interactive calculator with your numbers pre-filled — save scenarios and compare different down payments, rates, and appreciation assumptions.
- Agents now have their own dedicated dashboard to view and manage their clients and leads, with a searchable, sortable table and detailed client views.
- Agents can be invited by email to join the platform, sign up, and get automatically linked to the right account — even if they already had a personal account with us.
- Lenders and admins can now organize agents by brokerage or organization, with new tools to create and manage organizations and assign agents and roles.
- Homebuyers who arrive through an agent's personal invitation link now get a branded signup experience that connects them directly with that agent.
